Call our scheduling line to make an appointment (612) 873-7833. We will gladly work around your schedule and we offer same day and next day appointments. A physician referral is preferred but not required.

We accept most insurance plans. Please check with us when you call to make your appointment.

Payments

Payments of non-covered insurance exams are due at the time of service. We accept American Express, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and cash.  Procedures covered by insurance will automatically be billed to your insurance carrier.
